Universal Terms for Online Services

Updated Responsible Use of Microsoft AI Services terms to cover use of automated classifiers for AI Services.

Office Applications and Microsoft 365 Applications

Added “Use for training AI Models” to clarify that outputs generated through Robotic Process Automation, bots, or other similar technologies may not be used to develop, train, evaluate, improve AI or machine learning models, or to replicate product functionality. These updates clarify existing intent and do not change permitted use.
