Added hidden offer products under MCA Availability tables for Microsoft 365, Microsoft 365 Applications, and Workplace Analytics.

Universal License Terms for Online Services

Updates to Microsoft Generative AI Services Use of Content for Training language for clarity. Also updated Customer Copyright Commitment to clarify when a Customer’s obligations to defend Microsoft against third-party intellectual property claims under a Customer’s volume license agreement will not apply.

Microsoft 365

Added Remote Network Bandwidth to Availability and Prerequisite Tables. Included a clause to specify the minimum purchase needed for additional bandwidth.

Microsoft Dragon Copilot

New product added to Microsoft Product Terms. Dragon Copilot was added to Availability and Prerequisite Tables. Added new clauses on Healthcare Intended Use, Healthcare Required Authorisations, Third-Party Electronic Health Record Applications, and Enterprise AI Services Code of Conduct. Added additional language to the “Exceptions to the DPA” table under the Privacy and Security Terms.
