Changes to Microsoft Product Terms – January 2025
We start the year off with our regular monthly summary of the latest amendments to be made to Microsoft's Product Terms.

Privacy & Security Terms
Moved certain Privacy & Security Terms, which were previously located in the individual Product Offerings pages for Software, to the Privacy & Security Terms section of the Product Terms site. Added a new Software Products table to the “Exceptions to the DPA” section. This update was made to categorize similar terms together and improve the customer experience and discoverability of Privacy & Security terms.
